Conditions of Participation in the project “KizDance Learning Program”
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the participation of "Teacher(s)" in the “KizDance Learning Program” project organized by the Kizdance Association ("Association").
By participating in this project, the Teacher agrees to the following conditions:
1. Lesson Submission:
a. The Teacher shall submit one recorded video lesson with a duration of approximately 20-30 minutes for inclusion in the “KizDance Learning Program” project.
2. Ownership and Usage:
a. The provided video lesson becomes the exclusive property of the Association.
b. The Association reserves the right to utilize the video lesson for marketing purposes and may offer free access, as agreed upon in correspondence.
3. Commission and Sales Report:
a. The Association shall pay the Teacher a commission for each sale of the video lesson for 4 euros.
b. The Association will provide the Teacher with access to a sales report for the duration the video lesson is available on the platform with the domain name kiz.dance .
4. Promotional Materials:
a. The Association will supply the Teacher with promotional materials, including images and videos, for marketing purposes.
b. The Teacher agrees to share the provided promotional materials on their social networks.
5. Term and Termination:
a. This participation is effective from the date the “Association” receives the video of the lesson and continues until the video lesson is available on the platform with the domain name kiz.dance .
6. Compliance with Laws:
a. The Teacher shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with their participation in the project “KizDance Learning Program”
7. Governing Law:
a. Any disputes arising from or related to this participation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain's jurisdiction.
8. Miscellaneous:
a. Any modifications or amendments to these conditions must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
By participating in the project “KizDance Learning Program”, the Teacher acknowledges and agrees to abide by these conditions.
