KIZ dance Global voice
🌍 Kiz Dance Global Voice is an international project by the Kiz Dance Association, where dancers share their opinions (leaders and followers complete separate surveys, can read each other’s answers, and leave open comments). Teachers receive valuable feedback and gain official recognition as members of the global community. Teachers and schools, together with their students, become part of a worldwide process: they invite students to participate in surveys, help the community hear each other’s “voices,” and demonstrate their engagement in the development of Kizomba.
🎯 Why should teachers participate?
1️⃣ Engagement growth When leaders read followers’ answers (and vice versa), they better understand their partners. This makes classes more lively and motivates students to practice more. 2️⃣ Direct feedback Surveys reveal what matters most to students in dance and lessons. This helps teachers structure classes more effectively and respond to real needs. 3️⃣ 🌐 Global interactivity Students feel that their voice matters and contributes to the bigger global picture. This increases interest in classes and the learning process. 4️⃣ 💬 Communication platform With the ability to share opinions openly and read others’ responses in the journal, Global Voice becomes a space for exchanging ideas and experiences among Kizomba dancers worldwide. 5️⃣ 🏅 Status and recognition Teachers and schools are listed in the Association’s catalog as “Global Voice participants,” showing their role in shaping international Kizomba culture and boosting student trust. 6️⃣ 📈 Promotion and reputation Membership status can be showcased on social media with banners and profile descriptions, helping teachers stand out and attract new students. The Association’s catalog makes schools and teachers discoverable worldwide.
✨ Summary: Kiz Dance Global Voice is more than just a series of surveys. It’s a tool for enhancing classes, motivating students, and earning international recognition for teachers and schools.
