We discussed a project designed to help teachers and students improve their skills through individual techniques and body awareness exercises.

What do we offer to the teachers?
We present our training program, KizFit, which is aimed at helping you train yourself and teach your students. This program is set to become a standard for teaching individual techniques that are beneficial for Kizomba Fusion and other dance styles.
