• Workshops:

You’ll attend 3 workshops with 3 teaching couples. While one couple leads the class, two others assist students within the circle. This collaborative approach enhances learning, helping you grasp movements and techniques more effectively.

• Integrated Structure:

All workshops are interconnected. Each session begins with Individual Techniques Training to refine your body movement and prepare for couple work. The exercises from this part will make learning the combinations easier and improve their quality.
