Description: This training focuses on mastering lines and directions in Kizomba, enhancing your spatial awareness, and improving fluidity and precision in your movements. You'll learn how to navigate the dance floor confidently while maintaining a strong connection with your partner, making your dance smoother and more enjoyable. Perfect for those looking to refine their technique and elevate their dance skills.
Training: Touch & Body Activation
Description: This training helps you refine your touch techniques, whether moving forward, backward, or to the sides. You’ll learn which muscles to engage in your legs and core during touches and how to use your feet effectively. The training mainly includes individual exercises and some partner work (if you have a training partner).
Training: Body Control - Hips & Shoulders
Description: This training focuses on enhancing your body control through targeted exercises and a specific dance combination. It’s essential for every dancer to work on isolating and stretching key muscle groups, including the upper body, shoulders, core, hips, and legs.
Training: Pivots & Center of Gravity

Exercises: Touch & Body Activation
